Henan Xintai Aluminum Co., Ltd. is located in Science & Technology Industrial Park of Huiguozhen Town (which is honored The First Aluminum Processing Town in the world), Gongyi City, Henan, China. The company neighbors Longhai Railway, Lianhuo Highway and New 301 National Highway, traffic and transportation is very convenient, there are sufficient energy and raw& auxiliary material supply for many factories around and thriving economy.
The company was established in 1999 and occupies 150, 000m2(Total area will reach 300, 000m2 when the new Process & Production Lines are finished in 2008, the new production line under construction includes a hot rolling reversing mill with single housing and double curling, whose diameter is 1850mm, 2 cold rolling mills with 1850mm diameter, 2 cold rolling mills with 1450mm diameter, 1 foil rolling mill with 1450mm diameter). The company has more than 800 workers (which will reach 1300 when the new production lines are completed), including 130 technicians and managing employees, among this, there are 15 technicians with senior professional title and 50 technicians with middle professional title. In China, the company is a most famous professional manufacturer of aluminum products in Aluminum processing industry.
The main scope of the company is aluminum sheet processing, coil & foil processing, and its knockout products are aluminum sheet, aluminum coil and thick foil coil. The main equipments are as following: 12 successive Casting & Rolling processing lines (including 6 successive Casting & Rolling processing lines with super width whose diameter, rolling strength is the largest in China, the width is 2100mm, diameter is 1200mm), 3 cold rolling processing lines with modern control level, 2 bends straightening, cleaning machines, 6 cross flying shears (one is modern hydraulic shears for thick sheet designed by the company with our own independent intellectual property). Our sales of aluminum curtain wall sheet occupy 50% in Chinese domestic market.
Annual producing capacity of the company reaches 150, 000 T, (the capacity will reach 250, 000T/Y when the new lines are completed). Knockout products of the company are alloy brands sheet/coil/thick foil coil of 1000 series, 3000 series, 5000 series, 6000 series and 8000 series.
